We’re honoured to be recognised in such a prestigious list alongside an amazing roll call of exceptional hotels around the country.
Our ‘dash of old school opulence’ was one of the things about Stock Exchange Hotel that caught the eye of The Times, and it was wonderful to see our amazing restaurant, tender, recognised too as a ‘thing of beauty’ alongside chef Niall Keating’s ‘creative flourishes’.
Accolades like this mean the world and it’s important to say that we couldn’t do any of it without our fantastic team. From our housekeeping colleagues to Exec Chef Niall and his kitchen brigade, our hosts, concierges, receptionists and management team… the dedication of every single person in this building is what makes it such a special place.
